Rachel is an ADHD SLP whose core focus lies in fostering meaningful connections with her clients, families, and community. Rachel embraces mindfulness as a powerful tool to combat stress, both in her professional practice and personal life.
Rachel's life extends beyond her SLP career, embracing travel and living abroad in Spain, along with her dedication to working with foster service dogs, hiking, and practicing tarot.
These diverse passions bring fulfillment and richness to her multifaceted life beyond speech-language pathology.
Through 1:1 coaching, Rachel supports fellow SLPs, students, and health professionals in managing ADHD, integrating mindfulness, and finding harmony in work-life balance.
