I want to wish you a very happy Holiday Season from me over here at Speech Time Fun!
I know many of you are enjoying a well-deserved break, so in this episode of SLP Coffee Talk, I am reflecting on the year that we have had because not only is this our holiday episode, but it’s the last episode of 2022.
I don’t know about you, but for me, this year has been a little…cray cray. I am still working in the schools, just like you. And we are understaffed, overworked, and honestly a little burnt out. Our students are needing more support and it feels like there’s just not enough hours in a day.
If you are feeling this way too, I just want you to know that you’re not alone!
In This Episode You’ll Discover:
- What my year has been like
- Words of encouragement if you’re feeling burnt out
- Why even through the difficult times you are making a difference
- Lesson plans for when you get back from break
Take the time to be proud of yourself for making it to this point. This year, like every other year, is difficult in it’s own unique way but we always push through and get to the other side. Take time to open presents, recharge, sleep, and spend time with your friends and family this season. You deserve it!
I’d love to hear from you! Let me know how you’re doing on Instagram.
